Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of service and accommodate all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

* 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge.

* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

* Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

* If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.

Do you provide everything needed for the session?

Yes. I bring everything required to create a comfortable, spa-quality experience in your home, including a professional massage table, fresh linens, oils, and any treatment tools needed for your selected service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and other electronic payment methods available through Square. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Do you travel outside your service area?

Yes. I proudly provide mobile massage services throughout the Los Angeles area and surrounding communities. Appointments outside my standard service area may be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to an additional travel fee. Please contact me with your location for a personalized travel quote.

Yes. Prenatal lymphatic drainage can be a wonderful way to help reduce swelling and promote comfort during pregnancy. A healthcare provider’s approval may be required in certain situations.
