Lymphs Massage
Brazilian lymphatic drainage, in the comfort of your home. Mobile massage across Los Angeles & the South Bay. I bring the spa to your living room.
What is Brazilian lymphatic drainage?
Your lymphatic system is your body's quiet clean-up crew. It's a network of vessels and nodes that moves excess fluid and waste out of your tissues, and it's an important part of your immune system.
Unlike your heart, it has no pump. It relies on movement, breathing, and gentle pressure to keep things flowing. When it slows down (after travel, a salty meal, long days sitting, hormonal changes, or surgery), you can feel puffy, heavy, and tired.
Brazilian lymphatic drainage uses rhythmic, flowing hand movements that follow the natural pathways of your lymph. The goal is to encourage fluid toward the lymph nodes, where your body can process it. The pressure is comfortable and never painful. Most clients find it deeply relaxing.
Benefits
Every body is different, but many clients notice:
- Less bloating. A flatter, lighter feeling, especially around the belly.
- Reduced swelling and water retention. In the legs, ankles, face, and abdomen.
- Post-op recovery support. Lymphatic massage is often recommended after cosmetic procedures to help manage swelling, with your surgeon's clearance.
- Better circulation. Gentle movement for tired, heavy legs.
- A more sculpted look. As excess fluid moves out, contours can look more defined. (This is fluid, not fat loss.)
- Deep relaxation and stress relief. Many clients fall asleep on the table.
- Feeling lighter and refreshed, often right after the first session.
Results are often best with a series of sessions and simple habits at home: water, movement, rest.

- Clients recovering from cosmetic surgery (lipo, BBL, tummy tuck and more), once cleared by their surgeon
- Expectant and new moms (prenatal and postpartum sessions, with your provider's OK)
- Frequent travelers, long-day sitters, and anyone on their feet all day

When I arrive. I bring everything: a professional massage table, fresh linens, oils, and all my tools. All you need is a quiet spot about the size of the table. I'll set up a calm little spa right in your living room.
Your session. We'll start with a quick check-in about your health, any recent procedures, and your goals. Then you relax. Professional draping is used throughout, so you're always covered and comfortable.
After. I'll share a few tips to help you keep the results going. Then you can stay right where you are. No driving home in traffic.
Aftercare tips
- Hydrate. Drink plenty of water for the rest of the day.
- Expect a few extra bathroom trips. That's normal after a session.
- Keep it light. Choose a light, low-salt meal, and go easy on alcohol for the rest of the day.
- Move gently. A short walk helps keep things flowing.
- Post-op clients: wear your compression garment exactly as your surgeon advises.
- Rest. Let your body enjoy it.
Precautions: is lymphatic drainage right for me?
Lymphatic drainage is gentle, but it isn't right for everyone. Please let me know about any health conditions when you book. Please don't book, or check with your doctor first, if you have:
- Fever, an active infection, or feel sick. Please reschedule. (Cellulitis or any skin infection in the area counts too.)
- A known or suspected blood clot (DVT), or sudden pain, redness, warmth, and swelling in one leg. Contact your doctor right away.
- Congestive heart failure or other serious heart conditions
- Kidney failure or serious kidney disease
- Active cancer, or currently in cancer treatment. Only with your oncologist's clearance.
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Open wounds, fresh incisions, rashes, or sunburn in the treatment area
Pregnancy: Many therapists avoid lymphatic drainage in the first trimester. Please check with your doctor or midwife before booking prenatal sessions, especially for a high-risk pregnancy.
After surgery: Written clearance from your surgeon is required before your first session. I'll work around incisions and drains and follow your surgeon's recovery instructions.
